The Recent Graduate Household
22 year old Jack Snell, from Cornwall, graduated with a degree in Commercial Photography from the Arts University Bournemouth in 2012. He immediately moved to London to look for work in the Photographic industry and secured a full time position at Sunbeam Studios in October 2012 as Studio Coordinator. Jack has a small bedroom in the house he shares with two other graduates in South Ealing. They are guardians of the property which is former student accommodation for Imperial College London. As guardians, they benefit from a reduced rent of £300 a month including bills. The down side is, as there is no residential contract, they can be given four weeks notice to leave at any time.
