OMD UK has announced the promotion of Laura Fenton, David Josephs and Helen Walker to Managing Partners, joining the Agency Leadership Team led by agency CEO Dan Clays.
Laura, David and Helen will oversee OMD UK’s 100-person Client Development department, set up to drive integrated service solutions for OMD UK clients. As part of the agency’s flexible working approach open to all employees, Laura and Helen will adopt a “job pair” leadership model, sharing responsibility for the role.
Laura has been at OMD UK since 2004, spending three years up to 2014 as the Client Services Director at OMG’s branded content agency, Drum. David joined the agency from in 2013 after 13 years at Mindshare, and Helen most recently arrived at OMD UK in 2015 from running OMD Fuse in Australia.
